Returns and exchanges policy

Pre-delivery cancellation order (pre-delivery right of withdrawal)


1. The Customer is entitled to cancel the order i.e. to cancel the purchase transaction before he receives the purchased products. In this case, the Customer sends a cancellation notice to tacticalarmour.gr at the e-mail address sales@tacticalarmour.gr. Tacticalarmour.gr will accept the cancellation and refund the charge to the customer by credit to his account (if the payment has been done through “transfer to bank account” or Paypal) only of the purchased product (or products) have not been handed over to the courier company for subsequent delivery to the Customer. If they have been handed over to the courier company, cancellation will be then treated as a return under the following terms.

2. If the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase, he is entitled to request the exchange of the purchased product. In this case, the Customer may send an e-mail to tacticalarmour.gr at the below mentioned e-mail address sales@tacticalarmour.gr requesting that the product is exchanged with another product of his choice.


3. If the new product is more expensive that the one returned, the Customer will be electronically notified, by e-mail, to proceed with a new payment procedure (to cover the price difference). This e-mail will contain a link to the payment page of this website, through which the Customer will provide all the necessary payment information according to the terms below. If the new product is cheaper than the returned product, tacticalarmour.gr will offer credit to the Customer pursuant to the terms below.

4. If the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase he made, he is entitled to return the purchased product and ask for a refund of the paid price pursuant to the greek consumer protection legislation (right to withdraw from a completed purchase). In this case, the Customer sends an e-mail message to tacticalarmour.gr at the aforementioned address (sales@tacticalarmour.gr), asking for product return in exchange for a refund of the paid price.

5. Any request for product exchange or return must be sent within 5 full days from the product delivery. Requests for product exchange or return following the 5 days period are only accepted in case of defective products pursuant to the greek law, based on the articles applicable to sales contracts. 6. Both rights for product exchange and product return (sale withdrawal right) refer to the entire product and cannot be exercised on parts only of the product (e.g. on product accessories).


Returned products condition


7. Return or exchange of a product will not be accepted if it is proven that the product has been used and it will be returned under customer’s charge. The products should be returned (for a price refund or for exchange) at their original condition, full and complete with their original packaging (including all accessories, manuals etc). They should not have been worn, modified or washed and the labels should be still attached to the product.

8. Shipment of products for refund or exchange within Greece can be done free of charge using the same courier company that initially delivered the product. In case of shipment of the product for refund or exchange using a different courier company, the Customer will be charged with the shipping costs. The Customer sends an e-mail message to tacticalarmour.gr at the aforementioned e-mail address sales@tacticalarmour.gr requesting the return or exchange of the product. The shipping costs for product refund or exchange from abroad Greece, are borne by the Customer.


9. For each product which is returned or for which an exchange is requested, the Customer should include at the time of shipment, a copy of the receipt of the initial purchase.

10. In case of products for which an exchange is requested, the Customer will not be charged for the second delivery of the new product he acquired following the exchange.


Product return conditions


11. In case any of the aforementioned conditions are not met, tacticalarmour.gr is entitled to (a) consider that the right to exchange or return was not exercised in time and consequently not accept the product return or exchange or (b) (especially in case of products that are not returned intact, have been worn or used) to accept the exchange or return and at the same time claim a compensation from the Customer up to the cost of defects of the returned product.


Price refund


12. As soon as tacticalarmour.gr receives a product refund or exchange request and provided that the aforementioned conditions are met, it will credit the Customer’s credit card with the relevant amount. Usually, 7 working days are required to process the request and complete the credit entry. The Customer will be notified as soon as the exchange/return request has been fully processed. In the aforementioned case where tacticalarmour.gr is entitled to compensation for defects of the returned products, it will be entitled to balance the relevant amount of the requested compensation with the refunded price.
